When filling out application, select the membership that applies to you and submit a check to the above address.  You will notice that the initiation fee is the same for all types of membership with the exception of junior. The annual dues, however, are prorated for the first year as all dues become due the first of January each year. Please figure your dues payment from the next month from your application date.

Example: Applying for Family Resident in the month of June.

    Sales tax at 8.25% = ($400.00 + $127.50) X .0825                                     $43.52

After receiving application, check and approval by the membership committee, You will be interviewed by phone for publication in the newsletter, "The Soundings". Ten days after publication your membership will become active and you will be inducted at the next Thursday social meeting. You will be given a new member packet which will include , a club burgee, a copy of the by-laws, a current roster of the membership and letter of welcome from the Commodore. You will begin receiving the Soundings with the next issue.

Should you choose to join us, you will find a warm friendly group of people who share your interest in boating and many ways to enjoy activity on the water as well as great social events. Thank you for your interest in our club.

You may choose either On-Line or Mail-In application, but which ever method is chosen, you must mail a check payable to "Rockport Yacht Club" to the same at Rockport Yacht Club, 722 Navigation Circle, Rockport TX 78382-2779
